Policy

Booking Policy:

  • A 20% deposit is required for all first-time clients. The deposit cannot be refunded at any time, or for any reason. They can be transferred to another date if done so 24 hours before the appointment.

  • 10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee. 15 minutes late with notice will result in a last-minute cancellation, and without notice will result in a no show

  • 40-50% of natural lashes must still have extensions applied after the removal of grown-out extensions to be considered a fill.

  • Arrive with a clean face and lashes (no makeup, sweat, dirt, etc.). Failure to do so could result in being charged for a lash bath service or turned away as a last-minute cancelation.

  • Credit, Debit, and Cash are accepted. E-transfer will not be accepted.

Cancelation/No-Show Policy:

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before.

  • Cancelations within 24 hours will result in a loss of deposit, and/or a $15 cancelation fee when trying to rebook.

  • No Shows (without notice) result in not being able to rebook

  • *Some exceptions may apply.*

Allergies:

  • ​If you have experienced an allergic reaction, it is advised not to book the service that caused the reaction. 

  • We reserve the right to cancel any appointments that may be unsafe due to previous reactions.

  • If a reaction does occur, contact us IMMEDIATELY to assess the situation and have them removed if necessary. A voucher will be made for you at the value of the service to use at a future date on a different service or item or can be gifted to a friend)
